The electric Dodge Charger offers advanced driver assistance features to keep you safe on the road. Check out this review from Out of Spec Reviews to gain more insight into this upcoming EV model.

Exterior

There will always be diehard Charger and Challenger fans who won’t budge from traditional gasoline power, no matter how often their cars get pummeled at drag strip. For everyone else who appreciates modern American muscle car design without HEMIs roaring away under their hoods, however, this electric Muscle car offers an ideal way to enter this new era of e-Muscle cars.

Dodge avoided overt retro styling with their 2025 Electric Charger design, yet still managed to retain some classic DNA in it. Its front end recalls more closely that of its second-generation Charger predecessors than LX-platform predecessors and its r-wing features both aerodynamic benefits as well as aesthetic enhancements.

The 2025 Charger comes equipped with state-of-the-art driver assist technologies like forward collision warning, lane keeping assistance, active cruise control and automatic park sense – plus you can choose how your car looks with programmable Attitude Adjustment Lighting that matches various driving modes. Furthermore, its spacious rear seat boasts 133% more power liftback cargo space compared to LX cars.

Interior

The 2025 Electric Dodge Charger was created to be seen. Boasting an aggressive, muscular stance that’s both attractive and aerodynamic, its unique rear spoiler and front splitter set it apart from competitors.

Though some diehard Charger and Challenger fans will likely resist an electric model, most are enthusiastic. Parkway Chrysler Jeep believes the electric Charger will prove extremely popular among both current and prospective Dodge owners alike.

Dodge understood its decision to convert the Charger into an EV might disappoint muscle car fans, so they did their best to preserve its heritage. Inside its spacious cabin drivers will discover a blend of modern tech with timeless muscle car design – including UConnect infotainment system with 12.3-inch center display; 2025 Daytona EV models feature digital instrument cluster with two sizes of driver displays as well as optional HUD for top Scat Pack models; comfortable well-bolstered seats will offer long distance and energetic driving comfort alike!

Technology

Hellcat V8 enthusiasts may never see the appeal in an electric vehicle, but potential muscle car buyers could benefit from taking a test drive at University Dodge to experience this new breed of American e-Muscle cars.

Dodge has done well to create the 2025 Charger Daytona to meet enthusiast expectations with no engine sound, thanks to their Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust system that utilizes speakers emitting sounds to simulate V8 engine sounds.

The team also took the Charger EV out on winding Canyon roads to test its handling prowess and innovative features like regen braking. Furthermore, they took an intimate look inside its cabin – which perfectly blends modern technology with classic muscle car style; plus its spacious interior allows passengers to ride comfortably even during fast drives.

Performance

The Charger EV’s longer wheelbase, low center of mass, quiet cabin experience, and surprising smooth ride quality all combine to provide an enjoyable highway cruiser with plenty of range. However, its R/T and Scat Pack versions deliver over 500 horsepower and even offer burnout-inducing Drift and Donut driving modes for those wanting a little extra power!

Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust is an admirable attempt at giving an electric vehicle (EV) more muscle, but ultimately it’s more of an over-the-top marketing gimmick than an effective sound system. Furthermore, when switching between cold start and idle it audibly cuts off and creates an audible transition effect which is just plain annoying.

Dodge pays tribute to its muscle car roots throughout its interior design, from bringing back a pistol grip shifter from its console back out into view and the modern dashboard design reminiscent of past Chargers and Challengers to returning with an iconic pistol grip shifter from its console.
